Il est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 chaque jour par les pratiques artisanales, les langues ancestrales, l\u2019investissement des \u00c9tats dans l\u2019art public, la reconnaissance institutionnelle de certaines villes, et l\u2019engagement des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Cela inclut la fabrication de costumes, masques, tambours, objets religieux ou objets du quotidien, porteurs d\u2019un savoir-faire ancestral. Ce secteur, bien que souvent informel, constitue une ressource \u00e9conomique essentielle et un pilier du <b>culture et patrimoine<\/b> ha\u00eftien. Il t\u00e9moigne de la transmission continue de gestes, de mat\u00e9riaux et de sens port\u00e9s par la m\u00e9moire Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019<b>Aruba Art Fair<\/b> et au soutien du <b>Tourism Product Enhancement Fund<\/b> et de la <b>Fundacion Artisa<\/b>, entre <b>44 et 54 fresques<\/b> murales ont vu le jour, attirant des artistes internationaux. Ces \u0153uvres transforment l\u2019espace urbain en mus\u00e9e vivant, affirmant l\u2019identit\u00e9 insulaire \u00e0 travers des messages sociaux, historiques et \u00e9cologiques. Cette politique publique fait de l\u2019art un levier fort de valorisation du <b>culture et patrimoine<\/b>
