Organis\u00e9 par le complexe Baha Mar, le Bahamas culinary and arts festival conjugue haute gastronomie, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 artistique et patrimoine carib\u00e9en. Soutenue par Scotiabank, elle rassemble peintres, sculpteurs, photographes et performeurs venus de toute la r\u00e9gion. Cette ouverture vers la transmission est au c\u0153ur de la mission du festival : donner \u00e0 voir, mais aussi donner \u00e0 comprendre. Amanda Freitag initiera au Beef Wellington, Geoffrey Zakarian revisitera la salade ni\u00e7oise, Carla Hall animera une session sur la cuisine du Sud des \u00c9tats-Unis, tandis que Maneet Chauhan mettra \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la street food indienne.
