Avena is an entrepreneur who founded Royal Globe Inc. to provide vocational training and help people become self-sufficient.

She is also the lead fashion designer of Vee’s Couture, a clothing brand under Royal Globe Inc., specializing in custom and ready-to-wear garments for women, including Dominican National wear.
